Meet Our Founder, Carrie Reichartz

Carrie is a retired Rising Star lawyer turned missionary, best-selling author, sought after international speaker and consultant. As a survivor of rape, sexual, physical and emotional abuse she has become a global example for many others not to allow their circumstances to define them.

Her legal experience, full of empathy and humanity, allow her to successfully serve as a powerful advocate for the hurting and the lost, inspiring, encouraging, and praying them to Dream, Learn, and Fly in whatever God has called them too.

Since 2012 she has been the visionary behind Mercy’s Light Family – a pregnancy crisis trauma/Maternity Center, LIFT program – literacy to leadership for women in Vipingo, and various businesses for local women, she leads two international nonprofit organizations and has helped hundreds of others rocket to building successful, profitable nonprofit organizations.

Carrie is the author of over 10 books, including, Lawyer to Missionary: A Journey to Kenya and Back Again and The Journey Continues. With her boundless energy, she is in various stages of other books in development.

She travels the world to share her story of trauma to inspire and encourage others to do the same in their lives.

Carrie is a wife and mother in a blended family of 3 twenty-something children. She resides with her family just outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
